- Provides analytical/professional level support and wage and hour interpretation for administrative level supervisors. Serves as subject matter expert related to historical salary applications and processes.
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree A background in wage and salary/compensation administration is preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Ability to work with limited supervision Analytical skills to understand and apply research and statistics in report writing and decision-making Ability to prepare and deliver compensation related information Knowledge of labor laws, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, and other federal laws regulating compensation and privacy standards Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel skills with competency in Excel data analysis tools Detail-oriented, commitment to accuracy Strong analytical skills Effective decision maker Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously Strong public relations, organizational and communication skills Strong verbal/written communication skills required Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Superior interpersonal skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities; tactful; mature; flexible Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
