Qualifications
Education/Certification: Master’s degree in educational administration Valid Texas principal or other appropriate certificate Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification, Instructional Leadership Training (ILT), or Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) Special Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five years of classroom teacher experience Two years of instructional leadership experience preferred
Salary Range
Professional Pay Grade 5, $78,000 - $101,400, Based on Years of Creditable Experience, $5,000 Doctorate degree stipend
