- BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Provide leadership and oversight for the administration, coordination, and direction of the District’s 6-12 teaching and learning programming. Responsible for the development and sustainability of an equitable and highly effective instructional program. Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to coordinate district function Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Master’s degree in Educational Administration or Curriculum and Instruction from an accredited college or university Valid Texas teaching certificate Experience: Minimum three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience Minimum two (2) years of successful campus principal experience
- Salary Range
- Pay Grade A8 $441.43 to $614.69 per day $99,762.66 - $138,919.98 per year 226 days
