- This is a general posting for Middle School Teachers (grade 6-8) for the 2025-26 school year, designed to collect applications for an applicant pool. There is currently no specific open position, nor are any guaranteed. An excellent opportunity to work at a premier school district in one of the most sought after locations in the Texas Hill Country. Lago Vista Middle School is a 6-8 grade campus, of approx. 425 students on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Travis (20 miles outside of Austin). We are looking for faculty members who strive to inspire and support a safe community of lifelong learners where every individual is valued and respected as part of the team.

- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university Appropriate Texas teacher certification
- Salary Range
- Competitive - based on LVISD Salary Schedule/Compensation Plan and experience
