Description/Notes
The primary purpose of the Instructional Facilitator is to provide supplemental support for instructional development/change management and school-level continuous improvement to drive academic achievement of all students, particularly in support of closing achievement gaps for underperforming students. The Instructional Facilitator will be an instructional expert with proven content expertise in a particular focus area and with diverse student groups, including low-income and underperforming students.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s and valid Texas teaching certification in core content area with ESL endorsement preferred. Minimum of 3 years secondary teaching experience; district-level or content specialist experience a plus. Strong knowledge of curriculum design, MTSS, data-driven instruction, and instructional best practices. Proven skills in coaching, professional development, and using data to close achievement gaps. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities essential.
Salary Range
Starting at $68,678
