- Primary Purpose: Direct and manage the instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service. Oversee compliance with district policies, success of instructional programs, and operation of all campus activities.
- Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certification: Master’s degree in Educational Administration or related field Valid Texas Principal or Mid-Management Certification Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) or Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) certification Satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check; non-refundable fee (approximately $50.00) paid by the employee Required Experience: Three (3) years’ teaching experience Three (3) years’ experience in a leadership (non-classroom) role, High school preferred
