About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Director of Staffing & Recruitment to serve as a strategic partner to district hiring managers, leading recruitment, sourcing, and retention efforts. This position plays a key role in shaping the workforce of Round Rock ISD, ensuring our campuses are staffed with top-tier talent to support student success. The ideal candidate will be an innovative problem-solver and relationship builder, capable of designing and executing talent acquisition strategies that align with the district’s goals and staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: -Lead strategic staffing, recruitment, and retention efforts across assigned campuses and departments. -Analyze vacancy trends, create KPI dashboards, and provide weekly hiring reports to HR leadership. -Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline job postings, screening, and onboarding processes. -Develop and execute sourcing strategies including social media outreach, university partnerships, and recruitment events. -Ensure compliance with TEA, SBEC, and other personnel-related regulations. -Optimize applicant tracking systems and HR workflows to improve efficiency and candidate experience. -Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support long-term talent needs. - Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in human resources, staffing, or recruitment.
