- Qualifications
- Job Requirements: Masters Degree in educational administration from an accredited college or university Valid Superintendent Certificate Five years of leadership in school administration in a public school district Board of Trustee Expectations for the New Superintendent: Experience in school leadership, preferably in Superintendent or central office role Demonstrates strong financial leadership and expertise in school finance, with a commitment to integrity and transparency. Possesses excellent communication skills and builds relationships within the community. Combines visionary thinking with practical experience in managing growth and strategic planning. Focuses on a student-centered approach, prioritizing the best interests of students in decision-making. Actively seeks input from community members to enhance district initiatives.
