We're Hiring Transformational Campus Principals Austin ISD is looking for highly effective school leaders with a proven track record in successful campus turnaround to lead Burnet, Dobie, and Webb Middle Schools through their district-led restart beginning in the 2025–26 school year. This is more than a leadership role — it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on students and communities in need of additional support and transformative education. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Demonstrated success in leading a campus through a turnaround plan ✅ Deep commitment to equity and student achievement in middle schools ✅ Strong instructional leadership and executive leadership skills to meet goals ✅ Excels in culture building and talent development in support of a stronger campus Principals selected for these roles are eligible for a $25,000 stipend for taking on additional responsibilities and meeting performance and turnaround criteria.
