- Job Title: Director of Secondary Schools Wage/Hour Status: Exempt Reports to: Deputy Superintedent Pay Grade: AP-6 Days: 226 Dept. /School: Central Administration Office Primary Purpose: Direct and manage the operation of all Curriculum and Instructional affairs of the district including local, state and federal programs. Provide Instructional Leadership, direction and coordination under board policy guidelines.
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Master’s degree in education administration Valid Texas principal certification or equivalent Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Three years experience as a classroom teacher Three years experience in instructional leadership roles

- $81,810-$117,726
