- Primary Purpose: Under the Chief of Staff’s guidance, the High School Principal will serve primarily as an instructional leader, also responsible for managing statutes, policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe environment conducive to teaching and learning. Qualifications: Education/Certification: Master’s degree in educational administration Texas Principal’s Certificate Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser, preferred Special Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Strong knowledge and understanding of College Career and Military Readiness Demonstrate a heart and passion for leadership Ability to evaluate the instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budgets for all departments Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Three years of experience as a classroom teacher Two years of experience as an instructional leader Two years of experience as a high school administrator To apply for this position follow the link below: https://www.applitrack.com/beevilleisd/onlineapp/default.aspx?Category=Administration
