Qualifications
We are seeking motivated Social Studies teachers at all levels. We will also consider individuals that are seeking to attain certification through alternative certification and/or our District of Innovation plans exemptions. Fort Stockton is a TIA district. TIA money is not included $90K. It is very possible for Master teachers to earn well over $100K at FSISD.
Salary Range
Fully certified Social Studies Teachers with 0 years experience can earn up to $90,000 annually. Experienced Teachers can earn significantly more. Salary is determined based on Salary Compensation plan for 2025-2026.
Benefits
Housing available starting as low as $250 per month all bills paid. Insurance Contribution and small life insurance policy. Everything will based on final compensation plan for the 2024-25 school year (pending summer approval of 2025-2026 plan).
