Responsibilities -Lead overall campus operations and foster a safe, engaging, and high-performing school environment. -Ensure high standards of instruction, student achievement, and staff performance through continuous evaluation and improvement. -Promote collegiality, innovation, and a culture of collaboration among staff members. -Implement district policies and instructional programs with fidelity. -Maintain clear and positive communication with students, staff, parents, and the community. -Serve as the campus behavior coordinator, ensuring equitable and consistent discipline practices. -Support staff professional development and foster continuous growth opportunities.
- Qualifications
- -Master’s degree in educational administration -Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate -Certified Professional Development and Appraisal System (PDAS) appraiser -Two years of experience as a classroom teacher -Three years of experience in instructional leadership roles -Secondary campus leadership experience preferred
