- Coordinates, supervises, and conducts investigations of employees’ alleged criminal and noncriminal violations of federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and school board policies, procedures, and/or general misconduct. Provides written documentation of these investigations in a thorough and timely manner. Supervises the Title IX Coordinator and ensures compliance with Title IX regulations and Board policies, including annual training and facilitation of campus Title IX liaisons assigned at each District campus.
- Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, human resources, educational administration, or related degree; Master’s degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in investigations. Minimum three (3) years supervising exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Salary Range
- $97,569 - $117,552
