- Primary Function: Under the direction of the Superintendent, provides strategic leadership and oversight of school principals to ensure high-quality instructional leadership, positive student outcomes, and effective school performance. Responsible for the selection, development, support, and evaluation of school-based leaders to drive continuous improvement across all campuses
- Qualifications
- Education/Licenses/Experience: Master’s Degree from accredited institution, doctorate degree preferred. Principal Certificate issued by Texas Education Agency. Minimum 5 years successful principal experience. Minimum 3 years successful district-level experience. Previous principal supervision experience required.
