Through its diverse programs—including education, housing, health, and social services, Tejano Center empowers individuals and strengthens neighborhoods. At the heart of our work is Raul Yzaguirre Schools for Success (RYSS), a PK-12 open-enrollment charter school district serving more than 1,900 students in eight schools that provide a rigorous academic environment grounded in cultural pride, character development, and college readiness. We are committed to providing and obtaining the highest standard of education in a culturally relevant setting. We believe: Every child deserves access to a high-quality education and supportive services. Strong communities are built through equity, empowerment, and education. Financial stewardship is essential to sustaining and expanding our impact. Since its founding in 1992, the Tejano Center has grown to serve thousands of families annually through its integrated programs.  As we continue to expand our reach and deepen our impact, we are seeking a visionary and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. Job Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for the financial excellence of Tejano Center’s (TC) schools and community programs.
