- Alvord ISD is seeking a passionate and student and staff-centered leader to serve as either the Principal or Assistant Principal of Alvord Intermediate School, depending on the selected candidate’s experience and leadership readiness. This is a flexible opportunity for rising or experienced campus leaders. - Candidates with campus leadership experience may be considered for the Principal role. - Candidates earlier in their administrative career may be selected as an Assistant Principal, with a structured mentorship plan under the guidance of a veteran principal. This pathway is designed to support leadership growth and prepare the candidate to transition into the principalship over time.
