About the Role: As the Principal of Round Rock High School, you will lead one of the district’s flagship campuses with a commitment to excellence, equity, and innovation. Qualifications
Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or related field - Valid Texas Principal Certification (or equivalent) - Experience in school leadership (e.g., Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, Principal, or comparable roles) - Strong leadership, instructional, organizational, and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of TEA, UIL, and state/federal education guidelines - Skilled in data analysis, coaching, strategic planning, and conflict resolution

$111,960.40-$136,537.90
