- Qualifications
- 40 hours Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) training, preferred CPI training, preferred Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges, developmental disabilities, or mental health disorders, preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a multidisciplinary team Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential
