- Description/Notes
- Primary Function: Under the direction of the Director of Special Services, assists in the coordination of Section 504, Dyslexia, MTSS, and Special Education programs and personnel. Provides leadership to dyslexia, special education instructional and support staff. Assists in the evaluation, coordination and improvement of the overall special services programs.
- Qualifications
- Education/Licenses/Experience: Master’s degree in education or related field. Texas mid-management or other appropriate Texas certificate preferred. Valid Texas teaching certificate, with special education endorsement preferred. Three years as a special educator (teacher, therapist, specialist, diagnostician, LSSP, etc.). Experience with multiple grade levels preferred.
