- The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess, design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental, behavioral, and/or emotional challenges. The BCBA will collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization of positive behaviors across settings.
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Knowledge of behavior-analytic principles, ethical standards, and applicable laws.
- Salary Range
- $80-90/Hr. Paid through a Stronger Connections Grant
