We manage accounting, federal and state grants, accounts payable/receivable, and investments—all with a commitment to transparency and excellence. About the Role: We’re seeking an Executive Director of Bond Projects to provide strategic leadership and professional direction for district asset management and facilities planning. This key role oversees day-to-day operations, drives improvement initiatives, and ensures our facilities meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and aesthetic quality. You'll manage the facilities master plan, prioritize bond programs, and lead collaboration across teams to support our growing district. Please note, this is a bond funded position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate facility and bond program planning, implementation, and communication. Analyze and address real estate needs and construction projects, ensuring alignment with district goals. Supervise and develop staff to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Oversee financial aspects of facilities projects, including budgeting and reporting. Engage with the community to build support and ensure transparency in bond projects. Why Round Rock ISD? - Qualifications
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of seven years of related experience, including three years in a supervisory role.
- Salary Range
- $124,050.50-$149,458.60
