- The HRIS Functional Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing HR business processes, systems and reporting. This role will analyze current processes, identify gaps, recommend improvements, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system efficiencies, automation, and data accuracy.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, Oracle); PeopleSoft experience preferred Experience configuring HCM systems and supporting HR functional areas such as Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management Experience with process mapping and process redesign to improve efficiency and data accuracy Experience with TSDS PEIMS files submissions and Skyward extracts preferred Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and SharePoint preferred Experience with SQL for data queries and reporting is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio), with strong Excel and data organization skills (lookups, pivots, chart, etc). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to organize and interpret data from multiple sources and recommend actionable insights Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support HR and cross-functional teams with limited supervision

- $82,486-$117,130
