Qualifications
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience in network administration. Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert certification (MCSE) Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) Industry Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, etc. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of LAN, LWAN, and WAN network design and installation Knowledge of network hardware and software applications including network servers, printers, and other equipment Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements in K-12 Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Experience: Two years of experience performing network maintenance
Salary Range
$46,000 - $66,000
