- Direct and manage the overall operations of the DAEP (Disciplinary Alternative Education Program) and Alternative High School campus, including day and night school programs. Provide strong instructional and behavioral leadership that supports diverse learners, promotes academic success, and ensures safe, structured, and supportive learning environments. Responsible for overseeing compliance with district policy, state law, and TEA alternative education standards.
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree from accredited university Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Certified Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) appraiser Five years’ experience as a classroom teacher Three years’ experience in instructional leadership roles preferred
