- To provide direct instructional leadership, coaching, and administrative support across all grade levels. This role is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the district curriculum, analyzing instructional data, and facilitating targeted professional development to improve teaching effectiveness and maximize student achievement.
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification ●Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or Educational Administration (preferred). ●Valid Texas Principal or Mid-Management Administrator certification (or actively working toward completion). ●Valid T-TESS Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. ●Valid Texas teacher certification.
