- Direct, plan, and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the district’s federal and state programs, grants, and innovative projects. This position ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, identifies and secures external funding sources, and leads strategic initiatives that align with Channelview ISD’s mission and strategic goals to promote student success, innovation, and continuous improvement. In addition, this role fosters a culture of innovation by designing, piloting, and scaling creative projects and partnerships that enhance teaching, learning, and operational excellence across the district, particularly through opportunities at the TEA.
