- ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES: • Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills • Present subject matter according to guidelines established by the Texas Education Agency • Must be familiar with classroom management techniques • Maintain all records and documentation required by TEA and local administration • Work cooperatively and constructively with other faculty, staff and administration • Perform other duties as assigned by campus administration • Excellent organizational, communication, an interpersonal skills
