- Serve as the chief executive officer and educational leader of Liberty Hill ISD, responsible for the effective management of district operations, educational programs, and staff to ensure excellence and ensure all students have the opportunity to achieve at high levels. The superintendent provides leadership, direction, and vision in implementing Board policy, advancing the district’s strategic plan, and promoting high levels of student performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Qualifications
- Valid Texas Superintendent Certificate or eligibility for certification as required by Texas Education Code §21.003 and 19 TAC §242. Successful administrative experience in public education, including supervision of multiple departments or campuses. Record of improving student outcomes, managing budgets, and developing high-performing teams. Experience in working with and advising Boards of Trustees preferred. Experience in working in a fast-growth school district.
