- Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society.
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: High school diploma or hold a General Educational Development (GED) certificate The ability to obtain a Valid Texas educational aide certificate or Vaild Texas Teaching Certificate. Salary compensation is dependent on certificates held. Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned General knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Salary Range
- Position Type:Full-Time Salary:$14,862 to $71,780 Per Year
- Benefits
- District pays part of employee's health insurance premiums, $1800 per year. Teachers Incentive Allotment (TIA) All teachers are eligible to participate (Up to $28,000 additional per year) Wellness/Fitness Zone on-site for staff and guest. District pays Social Security along with Teacher Retirement. Reimbursement up to $800 per school year for college credit in the education field. 23 free cafeteria meals plus 2 holiday meals to each employee. Stipends for "Critical Need: subjects and/or Master's Degree in your area of certification. District pays for $25,000 life insurance policy for each employee.
