Description/Notes
Coordinate the employee benefits and district leave program for the district. Maintain records and provide assistance to ensure legally sound and effective human resources management programs, policies, and practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school diploma or GED, required Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of employee benefits administration programs and applicable laws Knowledge of basic accounting principles Ability to interpret and disseminate insurance and benefits information to individuals and groups Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and to small and large groups of employees Proficiency in keyboarding and file maintenance Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: One (1) year of experience in benefits administration, insurance administration, or related field
Salary Range
$56,984-$78,512
