- Coupland ISD is a destination district in Eastern Williamson County. The district will open a secondary campus for the 2026-2027 school year serving grades 7th-9th, 7th - 10th in 2027-2028, 7th - 11th, in 2028-2029, and 7th - 12th in 2029-2030. The primary campus will serve grades PK-6th. CISD is family-centered and offers both students and staff a desirable and high quality working and learning environment.

- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI) Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of core academic subject assigned Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: Student teaching, approved internship, or related work experience

- Teacher Pay Scale $7,500 Band/Choir Director Stipend Eligible for $5,000 Signing Stipend
