Qualifications
Education/Certification: Master's degree in education administration Valid administration certification Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong knowledge of secondary curriculum, instruction, and assessment Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Understanding of accountability systems and data-driven decision-making Ability to manage budget and personnel Knowledge of and ability to implement school law, compliance requirements, policy and procedures Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Proven leadership and coaching skills Experience: Three years experience as a classroom teacher Three years experience in instructional leadership roles Secondary Administration experience, preferred
Salary Range
Starting at $85,000 - $105,000 (Depending on years of service)
