- Provides coaching and support to classroom teachers and response to intervention (RtI) teachers to ensure the continuous development of instructional skills among assigned teachers across campuses. Coaches provide multifaceted support for all instructional programs. Assists with GT program and students on campus.
- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: A Master’s degree from an accredited university is preferred Valid Texas teaching certificate Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of curriculum design and implementation for both general and special programs Ability to interpret data and evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience: Five years of teaching experience in the subject area assigned
