- Qualifications
- Education/Certification: Master’s degree in educational administration Texas principal or other appropriate Texas certificate Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Working knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness Ability to manage budget and personnel Ability to implement policy and procedures Ability to interpret data Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills Experience: Two years’ experience as a classroom teacher Three years’ experience in instructional leadership roles
- Salary Range
- $113,714 - $142,142, Based on Principal experience, $5,000 Doctorate degree stipend
