We are a community oriented school district committed to providing quality academics and extracurricular opportunities for all students. Evant ISD operates a 4-day school week and has approximately 200 students in grades PK-12. A TIA District, we also have a licensed in-school daycare center.

- The PK–12 Principal provides leadership and oversight for the daily operations of the campus, ensuring a safe, positive, and effective learning environment for all students. The principal supports teachers and staff in delivering high-quality instruction, monitors student performance and progress, and implements strategies that promote academic success and growth for all learners. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing student discipline, supporting curriculum and instructional practices, analyzing data to guide improvement, and fostering strong relationships with students, families, and the community.
- Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or a related field from an accredited university Valid Texas Principal Certificate Valid Texas Teacher Certification T-TESS Appraiser Certification (or ability to obtain) Minimum of three years of successful classroom teaching experience (administrative experience preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum, instruction, and student assessment practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, parents, and the community Knowledge of Texas education law, TEKS, and accountability systems Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve student achievement
